    Pediatric Mobile Unit

    Partnering with the University of North Texas Health Science Center allows families in the MCP community access to complete medical services through the Pediatric Mobile Clinic. Children 0-18 years receive professional medical care from sports physicals to checking eyesight or diagnosing the flu, this Pediatric Mobil Clinic is a roaming doctor's office without the x rays.

    Museum School

    In partnership with the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History and the Sid Richardson Foundation, MCP elementary schools are sending Pre-K and Kindergarten students to the museum once a week for a unique specialized 21st Century learning experience that increases science foundation knowledge through language acquisition..

    Trinity Habitat for Humanity, Tarrant County Housing Project, and O.D. Wyatt High School Construction program have come together as partners to build new homes as well as renovating and updating older homes in the MCP community.

    Back to school in the MCP community kicks off in August with a parade, health fair and school supply giveaway sponsored by MCP and its partners.

    MCP in partnership with Avance, Concilio, Camp Fire, the Parenting Center, East Fort Worth Montessori, and the Fort Worth Library, are providing 6 parent engagement programs aimed at parents with children under 5.

    The Botanical Research Institute of Texas provides a leadership program for middle and high school students called Green Revolution. This program focuses on increasing environmental stewardship through service learning in the community.

    MCP promotes a healthy lifestyle and every year our health fairs provide information and activities for families to learn more about healthy living.

    Men on the Move

    Morningside ES has Men on the Move program supported by MCP to increase parental involvement in schools. The focus is on helping fathers become more involved with their children's education.

    Through a partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Fort Worth, MCP provides an after school program for our middle school students at Morningside MS.

    In partnership with two of our community daycare centers, Like My Own and Paulettes Learning Palace, MCP is providing scholarships to families for their children to receive early education skills as well as academic training for their child care providers.

    Leadership Fort Worth and Early Childhood Initiative (ECI) in partnership with MCP put on a Play House Event for children under 5 years old and their parents. Activities focused on ways parents could help in their child's development by using everyday household items to increase school readiness.

    Parenting is a Big Deal is a MCP conference that offers a variety of informational and educational workshops focusing on topics from how to parent challenging children to how to write a proper resume.

    MCP supports neighborhood improvement projects such as arranging and paying for two houses in the community to be repainted.

    During the school year MCP offers English as a Second Language (ESL) and GED classes at no cost to community families.

    TCU Summer Swim

    Elementary students are learning the skills and stamina it takes to swim and be safe in the water from TCU swim coaches and athletes.

    Summer Enrichment Programs

    Students at our 4 MCP elementary school campuses are participating in FWISD Summer School programs as well as MCP Summer Enrichment activities. From TCU Swim School to academic tutoring MCP is reducing the summer learning loss of our students through specialized instruction focused on targeted student achievement.
