Morningside Children's Partnership welcomes you to view our website and look around at the great things going on in the Morningside Community. Our prenatal to career initiative is beginning our 4th year of implementation and we are pleased to announce significant academic progress is being made on our campuses. We have seen the partnership grow from the initial 4 partners to over 50 organizations and individuals focused on improving the lives of the children and their families in Fort Worth. Providing mothers and families with high-quality health-care services and accessible education that promotes language and literacy development and increase children's chances for school readiness and early academic success.
Providing students with critical 21st century instruction, along with the tools and support (in and out of school) they will need to prepare for college and careers.
Strong Family and Community Services
Providing families and residents with opportunities for continuous education, job preparation, and improving nutrition and health.
Pediatric Mobile Unit
Partnering with the University of North Texas Health Science Center allows families in the MCP community access to complete medical services through the Pediatric Mobile Clinic. Children 0-18 years receive professional medical care from sports physicals to checking eyesight or diagnosing the flu, this Pediatric Mobil Clinic is a roaming doctor's office without the x rays.

In partnership with the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History and the Sid Richardson Foundation, MCP elementary schools are sending Pre-K and Kindergarten students to the museum once a week for a unique specialized 21st Century learning experience that increases science foundation knowledge through language acquisition.
Trinity Habitat for Humanity, Tarrant County Housing Project, and O.D. Wyatt High School Construction program have come together as partners to build new homes as well as renovating and updating older homes in the MCP community.
Pre-K for 3 year olds
MCP and FWISD are piloting three pre-k3 classrooms in our elementary schools providing young children the head start they need to be successful in our cradle to career initiative.
